I keep getting ASSERT FAIL on my iQue M4. How do I resolve this issue?
A. Updating to the latest version of the operating system will resolve this issue. On this page, please click on “Download” by the version that is for your iQue M4 (i.e., If you purchased your iQue M4 in the United States, you will click on “Download” by the North America version).
