I keep getting an “Ooops…” message when trying to add emoticons to my email, what can I do?
If you receive the “Ooops…” message when trying to insert emoticons to your email, it may indicate one of the following • You are composing an email in plain text format. In order to insert emoticons to your email, you must make sure that your email is in Rich Text format. Compose a new message and make sure you can see the “Show Plain Text” message right below the Subject line (in Hotmail or Gmail) or the “Plain Text” message on the right hand side of the Subject line (in Yahoo). • Your cursor (the blinking mark) is not placed in the email message body and is located on the “To” or “Subject” field. In order to insert emoticons into your email, you must first place your cursor in the email body, where you want the emoticons to appear.
