When logging in for the first time using the user ID and password supplied in your account information email, it’s best to copy and paste the user ID and password into the fields from the email so that any characters that are case sensitive are inputted correctly. If you are applying to more than one program, check to make sure that you have the correct user ID and password for the application to which you are attempting to log in. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre at gradapps@ouac.on.ca or by calling (519) 823-1940 x 556.
