I just wanted to know….the Regular Ginko Green Tea Capsules helps me not feel hungry, is. I take the pills without eating is there any negative effects?
A. The product does not have an appetite suppressant in it. Very few people say that they do not eat the same amount of food as before when they were not taking the pills. But having said that, any healthcare practitioner will tell you that you definitely need to eat – it is very unhealthy not to eat and thereby depriving your body of much needed vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc. Even your digestive system will not keep on functioning properly when you do not eat.
