I just upgraded from Mailsmith 1.5 to 2.0, and it didn see my existing mail and offered to create a new setup. Wheres my mail?
If you installed Mailsmith 2.0 in your “Applications” folder, but you have Mailsmith 1.5 in a different location, and the “Mailsmith User Data” folder is in the same location as the Mailsmith 1.5 application, Mailsmith 2.0 will not locate your existing mail store. To resolve this, move the Mailsmith 2.0 application so that it is in the same folder as the “Mailsmith User Data” folder. Please refer to Chapter 2 of the Mailsmith User Manual for details on where Mailsmith creates and looks for your data.
