I just updated my version of TracReturns and when I try to save a Return Ticket, I get a database error. What do I do?
If you are a registered user, please contact us right away. You should have been given instructions for updating/upgrading to the next TracReturns version. If you are a demo user, uninstall TracReturns, then remove TracReturns.MDB and Empty.MDB, then reinstall TracReturns. TracReturns shouldinstall new copies of the database.
