I just updated my PhotoZoom, PhotoZoom Pro 1 or PhotoZoom Pro 2, and now the software does not accept my unlock code. What is wrong?
You may have installed the latest product in the PhotoZoom series: PhotoZoom Pro 3. Please note that PhotoZoom Pro 3 does not come as a free update. It requires an upgrade license (for registered users of PhotoZoom Pro 1 or PhotoZoom Pro 2), or a full license (for users of the non-Pro version of PhotoZoom), which can be ordered through our online store. If you do not wish to purchase (an upgrade to) PhotoZoom Pro 3, please check which version you have (PhotoZoom, PhotoZoom Pro 1, or PhotoZoom Pro 2), and download the latest update for that version via the previous products section of our download page.
