I just typed in a URL to add my band picture to my band listing, but it shows up as a broken graphic when I go to my listing. Whats wrong?

Well, it could be one of several things. First, and most common, did you forget the http:// in the front of the URL you put in for your band pic? If you only put www.bandsite.com/photo.jpg, it won’t work. Secondly, make sure you linked up a valid GRAPHIC file, i.e. .JPG, .GIF. Thirdly, if your picture is hosted by Geocities or Angelfire or similar services, they won’t allow it to be displayed unless you are viewing a page on their site. This is called remote linking.
