I just received my refund deposited into my OneAccount but I would prefer to receive a check. Can you reissue my refund to a check?
You can request an Official Check for the amount of your refund. The check fees and check will be sent to you. Before ordering an “Official Check” we recommend that you verify your primary mailing address on file to prevent delays in receipt of the check. If you would like to make sure future checks are mailed to you, you need to update your Financial Refund Preference located under the “Profile” tab of the website.
