In order to begin using your Instapayment Prepaid MasterCard® card, you must activate it by loading it with funds. In order to transfer funds onto your card, use the Bill Payment feature on your bank’s website, telephone banking service or visit www.instapaymentcard.com and set up a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) service.
