I just received my bill and the amount I owe does not match the amount the Power MonitorTM says that I should owe?

If your bill is correct, I want to make you aware that certain factors including the date and time the utility meter is read, the distance between the utility meter and the electric panel, and other variables will result in monthly usage totals recorded by the Power MonitorTM that are slightly different than those measured by your electric utility. Also, there may be other non-recurring charges that may affect the total of your bill. To ensure that your Power MonitorTM is programmed correctly and/or is functioning correctly, refer to your Power MonitorTM User’s Guide, which should provide you with what you need to see if your Power MonitorTM is set-up and working properly.
