A. This package contains either 10 or 20 of the full-sized doubles-sided Sacred G Posters. Depending on what type of bed you have, the rule of thumb with this product is to place as many as you can beneath the full length of your body either under your bed or between your box spring and mattress. If you know that you do not move around a lot at night, the you can place them in three piles directly beneath where you sleep, vertically, so that the points of the stars are North South.
