I just received a new computer. What should I do before opening a ticket to have the helpdesk set it up?

The e-mail should reference your name, department, a contact number and your purchase order number. After Mr. Burke has responded to your request, you may contact the helpdesk at 55470 menu option #2 to open a ticket.
