Simply go to your profile click on the profile menu (click on your username when you are logged in) and select the “Library” option. There you are presented with all songs or albums that you have bought. Click the arrow on the album cover you would like to download and the download will start. You can also see how many songs from the album you have already purchased so that you can chose to buy the remaining songs from an album.
