Depending on the timing of your order and the location from which it shipped, it is possible that you received Version 1.8. Your 375 Field Communicator is brand new, but has not had the Version 2.0 software loaded. You should perform this upgrade as soon as possible. Of course, the standard warranty applies to your new communicator.
