I just played a game and accomplished something that should have counted towards my trophy requirements, but it didnt. What gives?
Some games require you to submit your score before your trophy accomplishments can be tracked. Be sure to always click Submit on the High Scores submission screen before navigating away from a page. If you feel a mistake was made, please contact customer service. Sometimes the trophies section on a game page will not update right away when you complete a game please wait a few minutes, and then hit reload. Contact customer service if you feel a mistake was made.
