Without a successful fund-raising program we would cease to operate. Fund-raising enables you to solicit outside donations or contributions for the program rather than paying it all yourself. We could charge $250 per child and not fund-raise, but the resulting program is not what any of us would want. Our Tigerthon rewards the participants for their efforts with Tiger Spirit items and eliminates the need for inventory-intensive items such as candy or jerky sales.
