I just opened my bank account and don have any Checks, Deposit Slips, or a Reorder Form to send. How do I order?
You are still able to place your order online as long as the information you provide matches what your bank has on file (name, address and account numbers). If the information you provide does not match what is currently on file with your bank, please select “Printable Order Form” on the order summary page and mail your form to the address provided. Please include the following documents when mailing in your order: Completed Order Form. Payment check from the same account made out to Designer Checks. Voided check from this same account. Deposit slip from this same account. Or you can ask the new account representative at your bank to complete a “MICR Specification Sheet” for checking accounts and deposit slips. This will provide the information we need to correctly encode your order.
