I just joined Woosh. What do I have to pay to get started?
Activation fees must be paid in advance by credit card, or by sending a cheque made payable to Woosh Wireless Ltd. (Address: 11-15 Railway Street, Newmarket, Auckland). Alternatively you can stop by our Railway Street offices and pay by EFTPOS, cash, cheque or credit card. Once the activation fee is paid (and cheques are cleared through our bank) your equipment can be released to you directly or shipped to your address ($5 freight charge). If your ongoing payment method is by credit card your account will be made active once the activation fee is processed. If your ongoing payment method is by direct debit your account will be made provisionally active once the activation fee is processed. You must return your direct debit form within 12 days or your account will be suspended until the form is returned. Note that we must receive the original form with your signature. Fax’s or photocopies are not permitted by your bank.
