I just installed the Cisco Clean Access Agent so why is my computer now running slower and I am having problems with other applications?
Although Cisco’s Clean Access agent is a program required to run in order for students to connect to Cornell’s network from their dormitory rooms, testing and experience shows that it does not result in adverse effects on a computer’s performance. Since this is generally caused by another program conflicting with Service Patch 2 (SP2), we recommend that you look at other programs on your computer before accusing the Clean Access agent.
