I just installed an Ooma Hub and an Ooma Scout. How do I use the Instant Second Line feature?
If you’re a new customer, you automatically get a free 60-day trial of Ooma Premier. This means you have access to the Instant Second Line feature. To make two calls at once, simply pick up a phone associated with a different Ooma device than the one supporting the call in progress. If you’re using the Ooma system with a landline back-up, you’ll need to select a second phone number in My Ooma to receive calls on the second line during the free trial of Ooma Premier.
