I just installed a new copy of Digital Music Notebook, and can’t find any of the songs I downloaded previously. How can I access the files I purchased before?
If you have installed a new copy of Digital Music Notebook, you can retreive all of the items you have purchased in the past by accessing your order history. To do so, click on “My Account” in the Store tab of the Digital Music Notebook player and log in. Then click “View your Order History.” Your purchased items should then automatically be downloaded into the player, where you can then find them under the “My Library” tab.
