I just had a c-section & was diagnosed with placenta accreta. How will this affect my future health?

I have 5 children and I have read the risks as far as having more children (i.e. possible hysterectomy). My husband and I will have to make a decision whether or not to have any more children based on knowing these risks. If we decide not to he will get a vasectomy. I’m just wondering if there are any other problems that happen when you have placenta accreta that I should look for.
