Refer to points 6, 7, 8 and 19 above. You would start with preparing a Resume. Before you do so, please meet ONIRECRUITMENTS.COM personnel to see sample PRIVATE SECTOR Resumes. You would mention your name, father & mother’s qualification and present assignment if any, age, education, higher studies if any, hobbies sports and special interests, Working experiences with name of Company + Joining & Leaving Dates + Salary earned + Job Content + Product / Service +Targets & Results if any + Promotions/Raises due to good results alongwith relevent dates and obviously a minimum of two references. Make a list of consultants and target companies. Prepare a list of the heads of each of such organisations. Send them all your Bio-Data. Follow same up with a personal phone call. Meet tem in person after you manage an interview and convince them about your capability(ies).
