I have that problem and while its not a fantastic looking thing you can get a strip of gold that fastens to the ring that gives you a slightly tighter fit on the finger but doesn’t prevent it from being taken on and off. Go to the jeweller and ask for it as i dont think they have a name.

Go to a store like claires or maybe even wal-mart and look in the ring section. They sell ring spacers there, they are pretty much just little pieces of a hard plastic that wrap around the back of your ring. It comes in a mulit-pack so you should definantly get the right size.

there are ring inserts that go on the inside of the ring to make it fight tighter. go talk to a reputable jeweler.

You can get sizing beads soldered to the inside-back of your ring. You can also have the jeweler put a European shank on(square back). Sometimes that helps. My ring was custom ft to my finger…it’s a hair bigger than a 5.75. A good jeweler can do that for you. Many different things to ask about. Good luck!
