If you have already completed your flight, you must fax or mail in a receipt or your boarding pass to Ufly rewards. Their mailing address is: Sun Country Airlines Attn: Ufly Rewards Program Office 1300 Mendota Heights Road Mendota Heights, MN 55120 The fax number is: 651-681-4826. Please remember to include your name and your Ufly number on the documents you fax/mail over.
