I just got arrested for an OUI. Whats next?
A. If you haven’t been to court yet, you will need to be arraigned, which is usually the next business day. You can manage the arraignment without an attorney, but I advise against this. I will be able to make sure you are treated fairly by both the prosecutor and the judge. I will evaluate your case right away, so we can make a decision on whether to fight the case or to get the best possible plea deal and get you back on the road again with a hardship license.
