I just found out that the organic skin care line I’m using on my baby has parabens and phthalates in them. Isn’t there anything out there that’s safe anymore?

You have a baby, you think you’re doing the right thing, and someone comes and tells you that you may as well slather liquid cancer on them. Don’t fret. We’ve compiled a list of products that are free of parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates (SLS’s) 1,4 dioxanes, propylene glycol & other PEG’s. On top of that, we’ve cross referenced it (when possible) with the Environmental Working Group’s Cosmetic Safety Database. The database scores on a 0-10. 0 being the best type of product and a 10 being the worst. You can download our list here. Hopefully this should help you to make a more informed decision. That said, you should always read the labels of any product before you buy it.
