I just finished a project on my Xpress DV. Can I somehow get that same project into a different Avid system like a Media Composer?

A. Yes. You can navigate to your project folder, copy that and open the same project on a different Avid system. You will however have to do a batch digitize on the other system as media is not transferable. You can also use the Recreate Title Media function to restore your titles created in the Title Tool.
