I just entered my credit card details on the Charge Credits page but received the “(05) transaction denied” error. Why?
There are many potential causes to this problem: • Funds are missing on your card/account. Choose another card with funds available. • You have typed some card details (card number, holder name, or CVV code) incorrectly. Please try again and make sure no typing mistakes are made. • There is a temporary connection problem between your bank and our credit card gateway. Please try again in a while. • There is a permanent connection problem between your bank and our credit card gateway. Please use the PayPal option where you can normally enter your credit card details without opening a PayPal account.
