Make sure that the Archos plug-in file is copied to the correct location. There are two examples (jpeg picture files) that you can open the CDROM or download from our web site showing exactly where you can put the file in. The exact location/folder that you need to compy Archos plug-in into is: MacOS 9.2 or later ApplicationiTunesPlug-insDevice Plug-ins MacOS 10.2.4 Jaguar or later UsersLibraryiTunesiTunes Plug-ins MacOS 10.3 Panther or later UsersLibraryiTunesiTunes Plug-ins Note: you may need to reboot your Mac in order to make the iTunes recognize the AV700.
