I just completed the FlatFee Trademark order form, what can I expect now?
Once your registration form is received, an attorney is assigned to your application. The information on your registration form is reviewed and we will contact you to confirm your order details and trademark information. If you requested a trademark search (recommended), you will receive the results of your trademark search and detailed attorney opinion within 4-5 business days. You will receive an electronic copy of your completed trademark application within 2-3 business days. If there are no corrections, you will electronically sign the application. Once signed, we will file your trademark application with the USPTO. Our FlatFee trademark service includes standard responses to the USPTO pending registration. Additional flat fee rates apply if we are required to present substantive responses or legal arguments on your behalf to the USPTO.
