I just bought a perfect Call to Arms rune word item, but its only showing +3 to Battle Orders! Whats going on?
Items that grant + to a specific skill are limited to a maximum of +3 if they’re being used by a character who already possesses the skill. Because Barbarians already have the Battle Orders skill, the maximum benefit they can get from a Call to Arms weapon is +3 Battle Orders, even if the item itself has +6. The item will still give +6 Battle Orders when it is used by another class, and it will display its real bonus as well.
