Warranty information comes attached to every new mattress and can be referred to if there are any questions. Unfortunately, according to the mattress manufacturers, comfort is not considered a warranty problem. The biggest issue that comes about with the warranty is body depressions. Many of the innerspring mattresses that we stock carry a ten-year warranty on body depressions deeper than 1 ½ inches. On latex and memory foam beds, the threshold for body depressions can be as low as 1 ¼ inches and ¾ inches respectively. If you bought your mattress from one of our stores, give us a call and we will do all the service on your warranty.
