I installed WorkWORLD but it does not show up next to my old version of WorkWORLD on the Programs menu. Where is it?
Notice that on your Start, Programs menu there are two sections. The first part shows program folders and the second shows individual programs. The program folders all have submenus. The new version of WorkWORLD will be located in this section. (In some previous versions, WorkWORLD appeared in the individual programs section.) Also note that on some systems, all newly installed programs will appear and stay at the very bottom of the list, until you manually sort the list. The folder name you see will be “WorkWORLD”. It will have a subfolder that contains two entries. The first, “WorkWORLD” will start the complete program. The second, “WorkWORLD Help,” will start the Help/Information System only, without the program. If the program names listed are not in alphabetical order, you can reorder them by right-clicking your mouse when the program list is on screen. Choose the “Sort by Name” option and left-click on it.
