In previous releases of TReK (TReK Release 1 and earlier) the default directory for configuration files and databases was located in the TReK install directory. This has changed with TReK Release 1.1. User directories (for database files, configuration files, etc.) are created for each user and allow user specific data to be separate. The user directories are installed under the Application Data folder for the user account. The location of this folder is different based on the operating system. If the operating system is installed in the default directory on the C drive then: For Windows NT 4.
