Yes, In order to fix this issue, the user or group of users who will use the software will need permission to the following registry entries: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Vivid Image Technology HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\eSellerate\Activations\PUB2059833658\ACT005614810 Please use regit.exe to locate and modify the permissions on these entries to permit other users to use the software without entering a serial number each time.
