Unplug the ImageMate Uninstall the software by doing the following Start/programs/SanDisk readers/ImageMate CF-SD/Remove SanDisk ImageMate CF-SD Choose Ok (to language) Click remove and Next Click Finish Reboot When back to the desk top: Make sure the following items have been removed from the registry. Please make a backup of the registry first by going to start\run and typing Regedit and choosing ok. On the registry menu choose export, name the file SNDK.reg and save it to your desktop NOTE: THE BELOW APPEAR UNDER ALL CONTROL SETS INCLUDING CURRENT CONTROL SET; ALL ENTRIES OF VID_0781&PID_0830 SHOULD BE REMOVED. NOTE: YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS ADMINISTRATOR NOTE: YOU MUST HIGHLIGHT THE ENTRY AND GO TO THE SECURITY MENU AND THEN PERMISSIONS AND SET PERMISSIONS TO FULL CONTROL BEFORE YOU CAN DELETE A KEY Then go to start\run and type regedt32 In H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Go to system Then go to controlset002
