I installed the registered version, but its still logging for 60 minutes only. Whats wrong?
The registered IntraSpy version is not installed correctly. You must remove any previous IntraSpy version correctly before installing the registered version: Call IS Manager. Click the “Uninstall IS Server” button. When IS Server is uninstalled, close IS Manager and reboot your system. Go to Control Panel Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the IntraSpy program. If you don’t see IntraSpy in the Add/Remove Programs list, you may have hidden it from IS Manager (Advanced Security): Explore Windows System directory (System32 under NT) and make sure the following files are deleted: ISSRV.EXE, ISSRV.DLL, ISSRV.DAT. Locate IntraSpy’s installation directory (by default, it’s c:\program files\natasoft\intraspy…) and delete it. Finally, you may setup and run your registered IntraSpy copy.
