Make sure the OpdiTracker software is running. Whenever OpdiTracker is running, its logo is displayed in your computer’s task bar. If the logo is not displayed, use Windows Explorer to navigate to OpdiTracker, and then click ‘Please start the OpdiTracker application’. Make sure the Disc Manager 100 unit is properly connected.
