I installed the game and when I went to open it through the start menu or icon, it doesn open. What is wrong?
A. This could be a number of things. • When you first installed the application and it asked for the Username and Password, you must include the * (asterisk) in front of the Username. If you do not do this it will allow install but the application will not run. • Also, this game requires that you have Macromedia Flash Player installed. New versions of internet explorer have this included. If you are not sure if you have it installed, get it here.
