I installed the AdminWorks™ console program, but its not discovering the systems in my network. Why?

A. Perhaps the AdminWorks™ Agent has not been installed yet. Each system that you want to discover needs to have the AdminWorks™ Agent installed on it, in order for the console to be able to recognize it. It is possible that access to the system(s) is being blocked by firewall software.
