If the Wizard button and other buttons are disabled in Word then you probably have the Basic version of Reporter 7. Q: I installed Reporter 7 but none of the toolbars appear in Word. A: If Adobe Acrobat 6 Standard or Professional is installed it will prevent the Reporter 7 toolbars from appearing in Word. You can remove the Office components of Adobe 6 through Control Panel without affecting the functionality of Adobe. You can still create PDF files from Word by selecting “FIle –> Print” and choosing the Acrobat PDF Writer. Reporter 7 also comes with its own built-in PDF converter.
