First restart your computer if you haven’t done so already. If the Jott icons are not appearing in Outlook make sure the add-in is enabled: 2007: go to Tools->Trust Center->Add-ins->COM Add-ins(make sure macro security settings are turned off)->Go 2003: go to Help->About Microsoft Office Outlook->Disabled Items If the add-in is disabled, re-enable it.
