It’s already installed, but the Help menu relies on a Gnome program (Yelp) that isn’t available to the Gnucash.app bundle — not even if you install it from Macports. Open Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/GnuCash Help/help.html or Gnucash.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/GnuCash Guide/index.html in your browser.
