On Windows Mobile 5.0 devices, the installation .cab files install the .PDB that DataViewer requires in order to view the chosen product to an incorrect folder location where DataViewer can’t see the file. The .PDB just needs to be moved to the correct folder so that DataViewer can see the product. You will need to sync your device to your desktop computer, open ActiveSync on the desktop and click on the Explore button. In the window that pops up after clicking on the Explore button, double-click on “My Windows Mobile Device” or whatever the listed device says to open it, then go to the \Program Files\Town Compass\Products\ folder to find the “TC_PRODUCTNAME.PDB” file (where “PRODUCTNAME” is the name of the product you have installed). Next, open the folder tree in the window so that you can see all of your device’s folders on the left side of the window.
