First look in the shortcuts window of Great Plains. If you have a CC Advantage Registration button, right click on it and delete it. From there, go to Add in the shortcuts menu. Pick Other Windows from the Add drop down menu. This should bring up the Add Window Shortcut window. Expand Credit Card Advantage, expand 3rd Party, and click on CC Advantage Registration. Then click Add, and done. Go back to the Shortcuts window. Left click on CC Advantage Registration. This should bring up the CC Advantage Registration window. Click the Table Setup and Conversion button. If you are still unable to process transactions after this, contact the Nodus support team.
