I installed AccessBooks RT, but when I try to create a database I get a “430 Error – Class does not support Automation or does no support expected interface?”

The game installed OK, but when I try to run the game I get an error that reads "General Protection Fault: History: Init_Engine" And then the launcher quits. Whats wrong?

When I try to create a monitor with AppMetrics I get the error: Create database for monitor "monitor_name" failed. What should I do?
