The Microsoft Office service pack updates the Microsoft Document Imaging Viewer which causes the default viewer for TIFF images to revert back to it. The steps below outline how to make Prizm Viewer the default image viewer for TIFF images. 1) Browse to Start | Programs | Prizm Viewer | File Associations. 2) Check the options for the .TIF and .TIFF file types. 3) Choose Ok.
