A5.6 We have had reports that certain JetWay motherboards cause problems for the Junior 4 card, most likely due to PCI bus quirks and constraints. This is usually manifested as a system lock when attempting to use the board, causing the keyboard and mouse to become unresponsive, requiring a hard reset/restart. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a solution or workaround for this particular issue as it is a hardware incompatibility between the motherboard and the Junior 4 capture card.
